Well, here we go. After almost a decade of ownership and intermittently telling myself I need to begin using this website to better market the business, I'm finally here. The plan will be to have monthly blog posts from our staff regarding relevant and pertinent issues to physical therapy, exercise, and wellness.
These blogs will provide information regarding treatment at Elite Therapy NY and are meant to inform patients and potential patients of our approach to physical therapy and fitness. The staff here at Elite are experts in human movement! The staff is composed of physical therapists that are board certified in orthopedic or sport physical therapy, two of the therapists have completed fellowships in orthopedic manual physical therapy, and a third therapist is a fellow in training. This might not be overly impressive to our patients, it quietly serves them by allowing our therapists to help our patients in the most effective manner. These are distinctions that take time and a significant amount of effort - our staff has given the effort to help improve outcomes. hopefully that will come through in these blog posts. So what should this first entry be about?......After several minutes of introspection, I have opted to talk about...
