Casey Swartz, Fitness Director
Casey is a Horseheads native graduating from Horseheads High School in 2012. During his 4 years there, Casey ran cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track. He is a 3x STAC Sportsmanship Award winner, 2x Varsity H Coach’s Award winner, and a US Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award winner.
Casey also attended the State University of New York at Fredonia where he ran all 3 seasons (cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track) for all 4 years. He made 4 cross country SUNYAC championship meets and was on the All Academic Team in Spring 14’, Spring 15’, and Spring 16’. Casey was also the president of the Fredonia Rotaract Club – a community service based club. During his senior year, Casey was also an intern assistant track coach at Dunkirk High School, where the 4x400 team finished 6th in the state and an athlete competed at New Balance Nationals (200m). Casey graduated from Fredonia in Spring of 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a minor in athletic coaching.
Casey began at Elite Therapy as an intern during the Summer of 2015. He returned in the Summer of 2016 as a PT tech and is now both a tech and the fitness director. Casey believes a good fitness program is a balance of hard work and having
